The Future Technologies provides technology solutions including CCTV & Security Surveillance, Smart Home Automation, Gate Automation, Access Control, Time Attendance Systems, IT & Networking Solutions, Video Intercom Systems, IT Infrastructure Solutions and Annual Maintenance (AMC). The scope of each service will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Quotations & Agreements
All quotations are based on the requirements shared by the client and are valid for a limited period (usually 7–15 days). A project or service is considered confirmed only after written approval and/or advance payment, as per the agreed terms.
4. Payments
Payments shall be made as per the agreed schedule (e.g., advance, milestone and final payment). Delays in payment may result in postponement of installation, service or support.
5. Installation & Delivery
We strive to complete installation and delivery within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may vary due to site conditions, client delays, or factors beyond our control.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers as per their terms. Our Annual Maintenance (AMC) services include regular system checks, preventive maintenance and priority support, as per the selected plan.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide necessary site access, power supply, network connectivity and a safe working environment for installation, maintenance and support activities.
8. Limitations of Liability
The Future Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, network downtime or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or products.

We respect your privacy and keep all client information, site details and project data strictly confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
